He has an in-depth understanding of several sectors (e.g. pharmaceuticals & biotech, Internet Communication Tech, real estate, retail & distribution, financial services). He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (master degree). Within SHP Group Piotr holds the possition of the investment vehicule Board Member since 05.2015.

Lawyer with 2 years of experience in a business angel network as a head of regional department, responsible for providing an advice to startups in financing innovative projects by VC funds and private investors. In 2011-2013 editor in chief of Investment Tribune – quarterly magazine, covering the topics of venture capital investments and high-tech companies development. Being a citizen of Poland and the Republic of Belarus Olga has an access to both Polish and Belarusian network of entrepreneurs and high-skilled specialists.
Aleksander is responsible for digging deeply into business model of every innovative project. Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in Management and International Relations, he gained his business experience as entrepreneur running number of innovative projects, and also as an employee of international auditing company Ernst&Young. He built his experience in business investments working as a financial analyst in Black Lion. Aleksander was born in Ukraine and he penetrates Polish as well as Ukrainian network of entrepreneurs. He speaks Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English. In his free time Aleksander travels to interesting places, enjoys hiking in the mountains and reads a lot.
Noemi is a global connector & business developer with strategic mindset. She has ease in reaching people and information thus providing added value both for the fund and for portfolio companies. She gathered experience in international business during her contract in The Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (Tel Aviv). Noemi is responsible for business due dilligence and building operational plans of prospective investment projects, conducting investment process as wel as supervising and advising companies from SVP investment portfolio.
Noemi graduated from University of Technology & European Academy of Diplomacy. In business she follows win-to-win strategy.
PR & Comunication Coordinator
Karolina graduated Warsaw School of Economics, Entrepreneurship Management faculty and continues her master studies on Kozminski University, Management in Virtual Environment faculty. Currently working as a PR and communication coordinator in Startup Hub Poland and simultaneously developing creative agency for startups under SHP brand. She is responsible for many projects execution i.a. Warsaw Startup Kit or Hackaton Bridge 2.0. Karolina has great experience in a field of branding and online communication. Interested in the fields like coaching, interpersonal & online communication and soft skills development. Active in startup environment. Has broad knowledge about startup events and wide network in Poland and CEE countries. MSc in strategic management from Kozminski International Business School and Bradford University’s School of Management. As well, he took exchange semester focused on «Entrepreneurship and Innovations» in SKEMA International Business School located in technological park of Sophia Antipolice, France. Core areas of interest for him is emerging business models, startups, AI, disruptive technologies, space travels and equity crowdfunding which was also topic of his master thesis. Entrepreneur, manager and founder of numerous Internet companies with over 15 years of experience as a co-owner and board member in leading Polish web-, IT-, and e-commerce companies: Wirtualna Polska, InteliWISE, Gruper, Centrum Nowych Technologii. Being a managing partner in GPV Marek is responsible for new-technology investments, development and mentoring (Nano Velos, Audioteka, Vivid Games). Founder of the first Polish Think Tank, The Sobieski Institute. Graduated at the Gdańsk University of Technology, Marek also studied at the Swansea University (UK). He conducted research at Kernforschungszentrum in Karlsruhe, Germany. Fan of sailing and space-travels. Interested in artificial intelligence.
Zygmunt has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and new technology investments. In 1996- 2002 he was a partner in Enterprise Investors – a company managing the largest VC/PE funds in Central Europe. Previously, he was a director of the M&A department in Price Waterhouse Poland. Since 2003 as part of his company Value Based Management Consulting he has completed a few dozen of capital and strategic consulting transactions in Poland and Central Europe. Zygmunt graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at Wrocław University of Technology and holds a postgraduate diploma in Capital Investments and Financial Management from the Wrocław University of Economics. He helped dozens of startups not only launch successfully, but also to find best final investor on the global scale.

Robert has over 20 years of experience in investment consulting (USA, Russia, Poland, Vietnam, Ukraine) In the early 1990 (nineties) was one of the first Polish stock brokers and investment consultants on Wall Street in New York. Worked as consultant and advisor to many multinational companies investing in Poland. Graduated from Warsaw University and University of Hawaii in Honolulu. Founder of Mibiltek, President of supervisory boards in numerous of companies, head of Top-Consulting – leading polish consulting team for start-ups.
Marek is an ICT technological manager and entrepreneur. TIME magazine called him one of the pioneers of e-learning in Poland. Graduated in computer science at Gdańsk University of Technology – specialized in Artificial Intelligence. He was a head of the internet services department of Wirtualna Polska. He was President of the Management Board of Optimus Nexus, specializing in the production of original encyclopedias and multimedia programs. Promoter, mentor and jury-member of number of Polish and international start-up summits. CTO in InteliWISE and founder of augmented reality service CTAdventure.com. The reason why many important start-up contests invite him to the jury is that he executed numerous projects himself.

Wojciech is a business analysis advisor to Startup Hub Poland. Partner and investment manager in Giza Polish Ventures. He has over 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the new technology area. He specializes in business analyses of technology companies, including identification of key intellectual assets. He has worked for 6 years at VBM Consulting as a market and business analyst, providing pre-acquisition due diligence, preparing long-term strategies for numerous companies and consulting in Intellectual Capital due diligence. Since 2003 he has been involved in over 70 transactions in Poland and the CEE region. His competences to create long-term development strategy and to design sales management system are precious for every start-up board preparing to launch.
PhD in philosophy of artificial intelligence, assistant Professor at Kozminski University, recent visiting scholar at The New School for Social Research/ Brown University in New York City (2014). In 2011 Aleksandra worked as the Chairman of Audiovisual Working Party at the Council of European Union in Brussels and as an international representative of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. As a William J. Fulbright Scholar Aleksandra also majored in Sociology at The New School for Social Research in New York (2012), where she participated in research on identity in virtual reality, with particular emphasis on Second Life. Aleksandra’s primary research interest include consequences of introducing artificial intelligence systems to people’s social and professional sphere.
Ph.D.and a full professor of management at Kozminski University. He was a visiting scholar at Cornell University (2004-2005), Harvard University (2007, 2011-2012), and University of California Berkeley (2008). He is an elected member of the Young Scholars’ Academy at Polish Academy of Sciences. He recently published “Common Knowledge? An Ethnography of Wikipedia” (2014, Stanford University Press). He has served as the chairman of the Funds Dissemination Committee at Wikimedia Foundation for three terms and is a heavily engaged Wikipedian. He has created a number of startups, including ling.pl, the largest Polish online dictionary.

Previously he co-founded Lefora, a product bringing forums into the 21st century, Meetro, the first location based social network. Founder of Paragon Five, a game development studio specializing in console and mobile with offices in Chicago and Krakow, Poland. Author of 12 granted patents and over 50 publications. Founder of BioMedLab research group, consultant in numerous companies (AstraZeneca, Procter and Gamble, Reckit, Adamed, Balton, Galmed). Successfully commercialized his nano-delivery-system within NanoVelos. Co-author of two technologies that are already in production stage: biodegradable drug eluting coating for coronary stents and biocompatible, low friction and anti-infection coating for urological catheters. Claudio has over 8 years experience as management consultant. He has led a number of projects in the areas of organizational performance improvement, restructuring, cultural change and leadership process design and implementation across Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has worked on projects in a broad variety of industries including engineering projects, chemicals, textiles, financial services, logistics and specialized materials. Claudio graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a M.A. in Information, Media and Technology Management as well as from ESADE, Barcelona with a M.Sc. in International Management.

Krzysztof holds the PhD in Physical Chemistry at Polish Academy of Sciences and the MSc. in the microfluidic devices (Lab-on-a-chip, testing enzymatic reactions) of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering – Centre for Biotechnology. Former consultant of Scope Fluidics Sp. z o. o. A principal investigator at number of domestic and international research projects who has conducted 7 patent applications. The laureate of four scientific scholarships and ten awards. His field of interest contains also industrial biotechnology bioprocess engineering and fluid mechanics. In 2013 participant in Top500Innovators (UC Berkeley), from where he brought first hand experiences in bio-tech start-up’s commercialization.
