The project is co-financed by the Governments of the Czech Republic,
Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable
regional cooperation in Central Europe.

About the Program

The project goal is to enhance V4-Azerbaijan cooperation in the sphere of innovation by linking startup ecosystem players like innovation hubs, private investors, venture capital funds and innovation-seaking corporations from the EU with the potential of Azerbaijani startups and innovators.

The project idea corresponds with local needs and addresses the expectations of a dynamically growing, yet still nascent Azerbaijani innovation ecosystem by circulating high-tech solutions authors, knowledge, good practices, networks, media attention, RnD opportunities and relations across Caucasian and Visegrad high-tech markets thus making the V4 region an entry point for Caucasian startups towards the EU and international markets.

The project has been initiated by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Baku with an idea to let all Visegrad Embassies join and support the Program.

Project contains 8 online local chapters in V4 main tech-cities dedicated to startup education and Partners know-how sharing, 1 online qualification session in Baku, 1 online semifinal event in Ganja and 1 offline+online Project’s Grande Finale in Baku.
