About the Project

V4 high tech startup ecosystem on the radar of international investors (short: #V4VentureDrill) aims to connect startups from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia with investors from the CEE region and beyond. With this project, we are focused on creating a cross-border platform to connect startups with investors as well as a tool-kit to help disruptive founders launch markets in other countries.

If you are a startup from one of the V4 countries in the pre-seed stage, you should definitely apply for this program. Thanks to us, you will be prepared for your next meeting with the investor!

How does it work?

#V4VentureDrill is divided into four chapters. Each chapter will be organized in different city: Warsaw, Poland (September 2020); Bratislava, Slovakia (November/December 2020), Budapest, Hungary (March 2021), Prague, the Czech Republic (June 2021).

Startups selected to participate in a specific chapter will be asked to participate in:

  • preliminary exercises that will prepare them for meetings with experts;
  • preparation of basic pre-investment documentation about the startup;
  • a Bootcamp organized in one of the capital cities of V4 countries;
  • a video recording of some of the sessions for the Online Webinar Library.

Due to COVID-19 situation Warsaw Chapter#1 will be carried out fully on-line.

12 pre-seed or seed startups from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia will be selected for the program.

Bootcamps with VCs

Selected by local partners startups will enjoy online exercises. 1-to-1 and
1-to-all sessions, and meet-ups with pitches and VCs lectures.

Webinars Library

The webinar library with 24 lectures and key-notes recorded during the meet-up as well as the exercises path will be created.

The Startup Hub Poland Foundation is a startup support organization has 8 years of experience in the area of identifying, developing, and linking valuable high-tech projects with investors.

AI Startup Incubator is an organization that has been creating and maintaining a unique AI ecosystem in the Czech Republic. They work closely with AI startups by offering them Investment, Mentoring, AI technical expertise, Product & Business development, and Access to experts with international experience, project and financial management during tailored 12 months incubation program. The organization also cooperates with AI industry-relevant universities and collaborate with all companies and institutions sharing the same ideas they have – to empower entrepreneurs.
