The project goal is to enhance V4-Azerbaijan cooperation in the sphere of innovation by linking startup ecosystem players like innovation hubs, private investors, VCs and innovation-seaking corporations from the Visegrad Group (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia) with the best Azerbaijani startups and innovators.

The project will also establish a new networking high-performing zone for partners and experts from the Visegrad Group and Azerbaijan: incubators, NGOs & universities.

For startupsthe Project has already offered 8 online Chapters (every chapter hosted 10 different teams from Azerbaijan) in V4 main tech-cities dedicated to startup education and Partners know-how sharing. 80 startups will now conclude their individual challenges. In spring 2023 selection committee will decide upon 20 startups which will participate in Semi Demo Day in Ganja. 8 chairs are already taken by winners of Regional Chapters. The on-site Project’s Grande Finale in Baku will take place in June 2023.

What an Azerbaijani startup can gain?

We all suffer the two blooming hubs for innovation – Azerbaijan and the Visegrad Group of 4 EU coutries – do not have a stronger bond. By circulating high-tech solutions authors, knowledge, good practices, networks, media attention, RnD opportunities and relations across Caucasian and Visegrad high-tech markets we want to make the V4 region an entry point for Caucasian startups towards the EU and international markets. For the first time ever startups and inovative organizations can meet VCs, accelerators, experts and insiders from V4 to benefit from all chances available there.
